What you will do

• Design and execute hub events, team-building activities, and road trips to strengthen team connection.
• Build and manage scalable recognition programs and milestone moments for a distributed workforce.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of branded merchandise, including production and distribution.
• Drive employee engagement through effective internal communications and repeatable initiatives.
• Lead cross-hub people initiatives to ensure a consistent employee experience globally.
• Manage external vendors, budgets, and logistics to deliver programs on time and on brand.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning employee events and engagement programs end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate independently.
• Experience managing internal communications and engagement across distributed teams.
• Comfortable managing budgets, vendors, and logistics across multiple markets.
• Must have easy EU travel mobility to support local initiatives and events.
