People Experience Specialist

📍 Astana or Almaty, Kazakhstan (Hybrid)
EPAM is looking for a People Experience Specialist to help build an engaging employee experience through internal events, community initiatives, and employer branding. This role combines employee engagement, event management, community building, and internal communications in a global technology company.
What you’ll be doing:
— Plan and deliver employee engagement initiatives, team-building events, workshops, and well-being programs
— Organize virtual and in-person events, including webinars, hackathons, panel discussions, and networking sessions
— Manage event logistics, budgets, vendors, registrations, and post-event follow-up
— Measure engagement initiatives using data and analytics to continuously improve outcomes
— Support employer branding activities both internally and externally
— Collaborate across teams to coordinate community initiatives and large-scale events
— Act as a bridge between employee communities and internal stakeholders, collecting feedback and driving improvements
— Analyze participant feedback and implement best practices to enhance employee experience
What they’re looking for:
— 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, people experience, or event management
— Experience planning and delivering engagement initiatives, workshops, and community events
— Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor coordination skills
— Experience organizing virtual events such as webinars and hackathons
— Analytical mindset with the ability to measure engagement and improve results through data
— Knowledge of employer branding and internal communications
— Experience collaborating with PR, Communications, and Marketing teams
