What you will do

• Support the daily operations of Binance Wallet products and decentralized initiatives.
• Design and execute growth strategies for user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion.
• Manage operational projects end-to-end, from planning and coordination to monitoring and review.
• Organize marketing and community campaigns to optimize user growth and engagement.
• Coordinate with product, technology, and marketing teams to ensure effective delivery.
• Analyze key product metrics and collect user feedback to support operational improvements.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in operations, growth, or product operations.
• Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end with strong ownership and execution skills.
