What you will do

• Lead front-end product design and development, collaborating with US and local teams and vendors to interpret concepts into products.
• Build standard design platforms, structures, and modules to optimize cost-effective solutions and support digitalization initiatives.
• Explore new industry technologies and integrate innovative thinking throughout the design and development cycles.
• Optimize manufacturing efficiency and implement value engineering and quality-first measurements.
• Coach and mentor the local PDE team to foster further professional development.
• Provide engineering support and consultation to internal and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electro-mechanical or related industrial engineering disciplines.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in product design and development, preferably in high-complexity Radio Control category.
• High proficiency in design applications, specifically ProE and Creo.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Extensive experience with high-complexity motorized mechanisms, modeling, tooling, programming, and battery configurations.
• Familiarity with international safety standards and a quality-first mindset.
