What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to CXO-level leaders, aligning people strategies with commercial business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end talent processes, including performance calibration, succession planning, and career development.
• Identify organizational design opportunities and lead restructures to ensure business continuity.
• Handle complex employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Leverage people analytics to identify trends and inform leadership decision-making.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (TA, Compensation, L&D) to deliver integrated people solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Senior HRBP role within a high-growth environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes.
• Experience using HR analytics tools and HRIS platforms, preferably HiBob.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills for navigating senior stakeholder relationships.
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Active user of AI tools to reinvent and optimize the employee experience.
