What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to APAC senior leaders on strategic, tactical, and operational people matters.
• Design and implement regionally relevant programs to drive engagement, retention, and a high-performance culture.
• Lead performance enablement, leadership development, and succession planning frameworks across the region.
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations and ensure compliance with regional employment laws.
• Champion DEI principles and embed them throughout the employee lifecycle in diverse cultural contexts.
• Leverage people analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of regional initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore
• 15-20+ years of HR experience with a strong background in business partnering.
• Extensive experience in strategic people leadership within fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
• Proven track record of leading People Partnering activities across multiple APAC markets.
• Deep expertise in employment law, regulatory frameworks, and employee relations across diverse APAC jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
