What you will do

• Process and upload payment runs to the bank's portal and verify upload details.
• Conduct reconciliations between bank statements and SAP, posting adjusting entries and cash applications.
• Set up SAP consumable purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and maintain local GAAP financial statements in SAP.
• Support US GAAP, local GAAP, and SOX audit processes.
• Collaborate with Tax and General Ledger (GL) teams to improve operational synergy.

Requirements

• University or Higher Diploma graduate in financial accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in treasury or accounting.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on MS Excel.
• Location: Must be based in Suzhou, China.

• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
