Salary: $125,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop and manage manufacturing procedures, production tooling, and factory layout.
• Review CAD models to provide design-for-manufacturability feedback.
• Create and maintain manufacturing BOMs, work instructions, and technical specifications.
• Integrate subsystems into full vehicle assemblies and execute test procedures.
• Implement linear production flow and identify bottlenecks using visual indicators.
• Interface with contractors and suppliers to improve current and future vessel designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, operations, mechanical, or aerospace engineering.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in design, development, and manufacturing.
• Ability to work on-site in Torrance, CA.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and board water vessels.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in GD&T and Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
• Experience with fabrication, welding, machining, or assembly processes.
• Programming skills in Python or Matlab.
• Leadership or mentorship experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
