What you will do

• Source creative merchandise for global campaigns and propose innovative product combinations.
• Coordinate with vendors and designers to evaluate materials and follow up on sample production.
• Utilize AI tools for data analysis, merchandise selection, cost estimation, and competitor benchmarking.
• Consolidate merchandise requirements from various regions and track project progress.
• Assist with inventory management and provide regular status updates.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners.
• Current university student or recent graduate.
• Strong creativity in gift curation and the ability to develop product bundle ideas.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of brand identity and market trends.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in merchandise production, promotional products, or corporate gifts.
