What you will do

• Provide critical front-to-back trading support for the clearing and settlement of futures and options contracts.
• Identify processing gaps and recommend strategic solutions to close them.
• Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, custodians, and vendors to streamline workflows.
• Lead projects focused on new business designs, architecture transformation, and process automation.
• Act as an escalation point for senior Operations managers to resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to influence decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Shenzhen, China
• English: Excellent spoken and written proficiency required
• Mandarin: Excellent spoken and written proficiency required
• 1-6 years of experience in Operations within China onshore futures brokers.
• Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements and market practices.
• China Futures Association qualification.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
