What you will do

• Perform rapid response and initial triage of events generated from monitoring platforms.
• Analyze device and event data to identify trends and prevent potential problems.
• Assess the business criticality and impact of technical events.
• Coordinate clear communication with internal and external parties during event triage.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Event Management Engineers post-triage.
• Provide inbound and outbound client support via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in a call center or managed services environment (preferred).
• Technical knowledge of MSP products related to the service catalog.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strict adherence to SOPs.
