What you will do

• Proactively monitor electricity supply networks and liaise with customers regarding status updates.
• Utilize fault location algorithms on field data to identify and report potential network issues.
• Manage and update GIS systems with accurate cable and connection information.
• Provide technical advice to customers regarding supported monitoring technologies.
• Maintain logs of actively managed circuits and coordinate equipment firmware or software updates.
• Prepare and distribute detailed reports on device health and suspected fault locations.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work 12-hour day or night shifts.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Strong IT literacy with the ability to learn new software applications and tools.
• High level of attention to detail, ownership, and commitment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and external contacts.
