What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project coordination in ClickUp from initial brief to final delivery, preventing delays or bottlenecks.
• Facilitate communication between creative directors, editors, designers, and clients with professional response times.
• Coordinate video review and feedback cycles using Frame.io.
• Maintain organized Google Drive folder structures and creative asset libraries.
• Lead daily stand-up meetings and assign tasks based on priorities, timelines, and team capacity.
• Support time-sensitive launches tied to major product announcements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production coordination or project management experience in creative, social media, or content production agencies.
• Advanced ClickUp proficiency (power-user level).
• Extensive experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
• Strong client-facing communication skills and a professional presence.
• Experience working with film crews, media, or studio environments.

Nice to have

• Experience using Frame.io or similar video review platforms.
