What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to translate complex customer engineering challenges into simulation-driven technical wins.
• Engage with automotive, aerospace, and defense clients to align simulation solutions with their product design workflows.
• Architect end-to-end CAE workflows, including geometry preparation, meshing, and multiphysics coupling.
• Develop and execute advanced proof-of-concept (PoC) studies to demonstrate measurable engineering outcomes like weight reduction or thermal efficiency.
• Lead technical objection handling regarding solver fidelity, numerical stability, and system scalability.
• Collaborate with R&D and product management to integrate industry needs like electrification and digital twins into the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in CAE simulation tools such as Nastran, Dytran, Odyssee, Simufact, or similar competitors.
• Strong fundamentals in solid mechanics, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, materials science, and dynamics.
• Experience with structural analysis (linear/nonlinear FEA, fatigue, crash, NVH) and CFD applications.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for customer engagements and technical workshops.
• Must be located in or able to work from Burlington, MA.
