What you will do

• Process medical ROI requests in a timely and efficient manner using hirify.global software applications.
• Support the resolution of HIPAA-related release issues and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Organize and interpret medical records, forms, and authorizations.
• Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Collaborate with coworkers to ensure the effective operation of the department.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Georgetown, KY.
• 2+ years of medical record experience.
• 2+ years of experience completing clerical or office work.
• HS Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Proficiency with desktop computers, scanners, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations related to PHI (preferred).
