What you will do

• Manage projects from initial design concept through production.
• Support the sales team by coordinating with customer engineering and internal/external manufacturing teams.
• Complete and release product designs that meet customer requirements and internal best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accurate development records.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and escalate concerns when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an engineer or designer in the packaging industry or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Project Design Suite and Inventor (3D).
• Proven track record of successful machine design.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend written plans.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
