What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned RCM clients, leading performance reviews and strategic account planning.
• Monitor and optimize key revenue cycle KPIs, including AR aging, denial rates, and collection performance.
• Partner with internal billing, coding, and vendor teams to resolve operational blockers and improve workflows.
• Analyze financial trends and present monthly or quarterly business reviews to client leadership.
• Ensure all operations adhere to HIPAA privacy and security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage client escalations and support account transitions, including provider additions or plan changes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in healthcare account management, revenue cycle management, or medical billing.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Strong working knowledge of medical billing, coding, and physician practice operations.
• Deep understanding of Medicare, commercial insurance, and HIPAA regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
