Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Amsterdam for a hybrid role (3 days/week in office)

Salary: €8,000–€8,700 per month

What you will do

• Set technical direction for platform operations and AI-native developer workflows.
• Build and maintain ephemeral environments, golden paths, and shared CI/CD templates.
• Scale infrastructure for agentic AI, including context retrieval, LLM observability, and model access.
• Implement security-by-design principles using OPA, Istio mTLS, and robust secrets management.
• Drive architectural evolution and GitOps practices across the engineering organization.
• Mentor team members and act as the primary internal expert for infrastructure and security.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Proven track record of running Kubernetes in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in infrastructure-as-code and GitOps tools like Terraform, Helm, and Flux or Argo CD.
• Genuine interest and experience in AI-native development tools and agentic coding workflows.
• Security-first mindset with experience in observability and blast-radius reduction.
• Must be able to work from the Amsterdam office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM infrastructure (vector stores, RAG, MCP, Bedrock, or OpenAI).
• Experience with EKS and GitLab CI/CD.
