What you will do

• Scale and increase the reliability of mission-critical navigation systems.
• Design and implement cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes on public cloud platforms.
• Ensure 99.9%+ system availability and optimize incident response times.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code automation.
• Collaborate on architecture and operations for high-availability platform services.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Kubernetes on public cloud platforms (AKS or EKS).
• Strong background in cloud-native architecture, CNCF technologies, and SRE best practices.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tooling, GitOps, and infrastructure automation.
• Solid understanding of Unix/Linux systems and internal operations.
• Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• MSc in computer engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with service mesh, ingress, and identity management.
• Deep knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance essentials.
