What you will do

• Translate media strategies into actionable investment plans across channels including Linear TV, CTV, Digital, Audio, OOH, Social, and Programmatic.
• Review and approve media buys, authorizations, and placements created by junior team members.
• Serve as a day-to-day client contact for campaign issues, optimizations, and strategic discussions.
• Lead negotiations with media vendors for optimal rates, value-adds, and sponsorships.
• Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and financial reconciliation processes.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Assistants and Buyers, providing guidance and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• 5 years of agency media planning/buying experience.
• Deep understanding of traditional and digital media channels, pricing models, and performance metrics.
• Prior experience managing and mentoring junior staff.
• Proficiency in Excel, OneStra, Nielsen, Comscore, and Google Campaign Manager.
• Proximity to the New York City office is required.
