Salary: $175,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Develop scalable infrastructure to process millions of daily orders for high-end financial customers.
• Build new trading algorithms and exchange integrations to increase system speed and functionality.
• Execute system architecture and contribute to the long-term technical roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product Management to optimize service performance and implement comprehensive tests.
• Solve complex, cross-environment technical problems using deductive reasoning.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience working with Golang (preferred), C#, C++, or Java.
• Demonstrated experience building and operating complex distributed systems at scale.
• Ability to handle projects independently from the idea phase through to production.
• Strong commitment to code quality, security, and robust test infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies.
• Experience with data manipulation using SQL and Snowflake.
• Knowledge of order types, routing, exchange management, and systems performance.
• Experience building high-performance, low-latency distributed trading systems.
