What you will do

• Monitor autonomous vehicles in real-time and ensure adherence to safety guidelines during operations.
• Address technical issues and coordinate with engineering teams for timely resolutions.
• Train and develop Remote Assistance Agents and operators through team huddles and performance reviews.
• Log real-time feedback on autonomy performance to support engineering improvements.
• Manage incident escalations and customer complaints while acting as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain accurate operational records and test new remote assistance tools.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Experience in a technology-focused company and proficiency with Google Suite.
• Proven ability to lead processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills and comfort making judgment calls in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, early mornings, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in operations, logistics, or fleet management.
• Associates degree or higher in Business, Technical Operations, or a related field.
• Experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced environment.
