What you will do

• Analyze public and private investment opportunities across a wide spectrum of asset types.
• Develop, update, and maintain complex financial models and analytical tools.
• Conduct investigative due diligence and review financial and legal documentation.
• Prepare and present investment recommendations to colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Drive the investment process from start to finish with varying levels of independence.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in investment analysis.
• 2+ years of experience in bottoms-up financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Boston, MA or New York, NY (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of alternative asset classes, capital structures, and private equity.
• Experience with event-driven or fundamental value-oriented multi-strategy approaches.
• Background in distress/corporate restructurings or turnaround consulting.
• Professional experience in complex negotiations or businesses undergoing material change.
