What you will do

• Own the organic social strategy, editorial calendar, and channel approach across all platforms.
• Create, film, edit, and design platform-native content including video, graphics, and memes.
• Develop social campaigns around programming launches, cultural moments, and audience initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Brand, Growth, and Legal.
• Oversee community management, moderation, and audience engagement across social channels and Reddit.
• Use performance data and audience insights to inform creative and marketing recommendations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or entertainment marketing.
• Must be based in the U.S.
• Proven experience leading organic social strategy and content development for a consumer-facing brand.
• Strong hands-on skills in filming, editing, and short-form video production.
• Deep fluency in TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Excellent writing, editorial judgment, and project management skills.
