Location: Must be based in New York City and work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

Salary: $131,000 - $140,000

What you will do

• Own end-to-end client-facing analysis, from scoping to delivery of key reports.
• Partner with relationship managers to translate ambiguous business questions into analytically robust reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with data engineering to create and maintain scalable report automation.
• Conduct deep-dive investigations into complex business problems to support strategic leadership decisions.
• Identify reporting gaps and proactively develop new insights to fill them.
• Promote best practices in data visualization, documentation, and metric consistency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Consulting.
• Hands-on experience with SQL at scale and Snowflake (or comparable cloud warehouse).
• Ability to communicate complex data solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in New York City (Hybrid).
• Company is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas.

• Experience with dbt.
• Comfort and excitement in harnessing AI agents for building analytics and dashboards.
