Salary: $149,000 - $160,000

What you will do

• Own client-facing analysis end-to-end, from scoping to delivery.
• Partner with client-facing teams to answer complex business questions using robust reports.
• Collaborate with data engineering to build and maintain scalable report automation.
• Develop deep domain expertise to drive independent, meaningful insights.
• Identify and close reporting gaps to better serve client needs.
• Advocate for best practices in visualization, documentation, and metric consistency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake (or comparable cloud warehouse) and SQL at scale.
• Experience with dbt is strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions.
• Comfort and excitement for building analytics and validating results using AI agents.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as the company is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
