What you will do

• Draft accurate financial exhibits for quarterly and annual client meetings.
• Analyze client utilization data to identify opportunities for plan design and product changes.
• Prepare monthly reporting deliverables for clients.
• Benchmark industry data to demonstrate client competitiveness.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with carrier partners.
• Maintain accurate market information in internal databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize patterns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in the healthcare industry with a group insurance carrier, broker, or consultant.
• Knowledge of group insurance products including medical, dental, CDHP, pharmacy, life, and disability.
• Experience with database applications.
