What you will do

• Review and process applications for retirement, disability, death, and annuity benefits.
• Verify eligibility, benefit elections, and beneficiary designations according to plan provisions.
• Maintain accurate participant records, including status changes and death notifications.
• Research and resolve inquiries from participants, beneficiaries, trustees, and employers.
• Reconcile payment reports and assist with audits, appeals, and compliance reviews.
• Collaborate on process improvement initiatives and system implementations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business, Finance, or HR preferred.
• Experience in benefits administration, pension, payroll, or financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for professional interaction with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and maintain strict confidentiality.
