What you will do

• Develop and maintain project budgets, cost estimates, and resource plans throughout the program lifecycle.
• Monitor program expenditures, burn rates, and labor utilization to ensure budget compliance.
• Prepare financial reports, executive dashboards, and performance metrics for PMO leadership.
• Analyze cost and resource variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Support Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) planning and project forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and technical leads to improve financial visibility and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial management, budgeting, or cost analysis for complex programs.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations.
• Knowledge of health IT, telehealth, or Federal program management.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
