What you will do

• Deliver polished video, motion, and static assets using AI tools and agentic workflows.
• Apply creative judgment to ensure story, pacing, composition, and brand fit.
• Drive design files through connectors like Figma MCP and assemble video programmatically with Remotion and ffmpeg.
• Perform self-proofs and critical reviews of AI-generated outputs to ensure error-free delivery.
• Maintain reliable file structures and versioning for team and agent accessibility.
• Develop and encode new methods into reusable skills to improve team production standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Egypt and available for Pacific Time working hours (7:30pm–4am local time).
• Demonstrable craft in video editing, motion, or static design with a strong portfolio.
• Hands-on experience directing AI agents through programmatic tools like Figma MCP, Remotion, or ffmpeg.
• Proficiency in professional creative software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design repeatable production flows.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and clear written communication skills.
