What you will do

• Produce short-form video ads and UGC-style content optimized for social platforms.
• Transform scripts and raw footage into compelling, conversion-driven video assets.
• Design and edit visual ads for Meta and other paid media channels.
• Maintain visual brand consistency while experimenting with new creative styles.
• Collaborate with performance creatives to execute data-driven concepts.
• Iterate on video assets based on performance insights and testing results.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere.
• Experience creating content for paid social media campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Figma for static ad assets.
• Language: Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
• Ability to manage projects independently and embrace creative feedback.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of After Effects.
• Experience with motion graphics or animation snippets.
• Experience using AI tools in the creative workflow.
