Salary: €1,900–€2,900 gross per month

What you will do

• Design multimedia content for social media and advertising campaigns.
• Create short, high-converting videos for ads.
• Produce static and video ads to capture attention and drive results.
• Take full ownership of the design process from initial idea to finished creative.
• Ensure brand visual consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints.
• Experiment with different formats, concepts, and angles to optimize performance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Figma for static ads.
• Ability to handle the full creative cycle from ideation to final piece.
• Strong focus on results, performance, and a creative mindset.
• English: Good proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the office in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of After Effects.
