What you will do

• Drive consistent agile execution across platform teams to improve sprint predictability and delivery quality.
• Facilitate key agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and quarterly planning sessions.
• Maintain and optimize Jira configurations, dashboards, and reporting to ensure delivery visibility.
• Identify and close execution gaps by aligning agile practices with real-world delivery outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align delivery expectations and support enterprise-level initiatives.
• Enable team efficiency through the adoption of automation and AI-assisted tooling.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience coaching or facilitating agile delivery in a technology organization.
• Strong working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, including backlog management and reporting.
• Proven ability to facilitate ceremonies that result in actionable, measurable improvements.
• Demonstrated experience creating reusable agile frameworks, standards, or documentation.
• Must be based in Mexico for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Agile certification such as CSM or ICP-ACC.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, platform engineering, or enterprise technology environments.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools and basic scripting.
