• Develop program time-phased cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze historical and predictive program performance to provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor contract Estimate at Complete and schedule completion dates.
• Collaborate with program managers and leads to ensure mission success.
• Identify and implement opportunities to apply AI for continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree.
• Solid knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles or similar project tracking methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor within a collaborative team environment.
