Location: Must be based in Kelowna, BC, Canada

Compensation: $7,851.50–$12,243.25 CAD Monthly

What you will do

• Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of campus-wide career development strategies and initiatives.
• Provide strategic leadership for the hirify.globalO Experience and Involvement HUB and associated digital platforms.
• Manage the annual budget for the Work Study program and oversee departmental financial operations.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise a team of 6 professional staff and 15-20 student staff.
• Build and sustain strategic partnerships with faculty, staff, alumni, and community employers.
• Represent the department on university committees and in provincial/national forums.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated administrative and supervisory experience.
• Strong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in university governance, structures, and academic program management.
• Knowledge of financial structures and management.
