What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical validation activities for vehicle and subsystem programs.
• Develop validation approaches based on program requirements and statements of work.
• Monitor tests, investigate faults, and drive timely resolution of equipment or system issues.
• Analyze test data and summarize findings in clear technical reports.
• Collaborate with design, systems, software, and compliance teams to align validation work.
• Identify gaps in validation capabilities and contribute to building stronger internal methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or Chemical).
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience in battery, electrification, or vehicle subsystem validation.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee).
• Ability to work regularly on-site in Michigan.
• No immigration sponsorship provided.
