What you will do

  • Perform installation, commissioning, and scheduled maintenance on Liebert cooling equipment.
  • Provide on-site and phone-based technical assistance to customers.
  • Execute field change notices and safety bulletins according to company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including timecards, expense reports, and service tickets.
  • Manage individual inventory and company property including test equipment and vehicles.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and effective first-time fixes.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • High School Diploma, G.E.D., or HVAC Certificate Program degree.
  • Equivalent industry experience with an EPA refrigerant license.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical line diagrams and blueprints.
  • Working knowledge of Ohm’s law and HVAC theory.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds and work in extreme temperature conditions.
