What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Process customer orders, quotations, and sample requests accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain customer records, pricing information, and transaction details in NetSuite.
• Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Assist with export and government contract documentation and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Must be able to commute to Mechanic Falls, ME daily.
• Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of customer service, sales, or office experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and relationship-building abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite, ERP, or CRM software.
