What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-project team of game data developers to align with strategic and growth goals.
• Plan and prioritize data development initiatives, balancing team capacity with production and operational needs.
• Deliver high-quality data infrastructure and pipelines that meet reliability and quality standards.
• Collaborate with leads, directors, and cross-functional partners (PMs, producers, programmers) for scoping and execution.
• Drive the evolution of data development standards and processes across the Data & Research group.
• Build scalable processes to support GaaS (Game as a Service) production and live operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data development.
• Strong commitment to data quality and an understanding of its business impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying technical and creative ideas.
• Proven ability to prioritize and organize work while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Solid understanding of the video game production process.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Montreal, QC.
