What you will do

• Design and evolve AI-driven data intelligence and reporting capabilities that scale to support millions of users.
• Lead high-impact architectural initiatives and shape the technical direction of the platform.
• Mentor engineers across experience levels, promoting engineering best practices and a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive end-to-end ownership of critical services using Python, Go, Kubernetes, and GCP.
• Establish and champion engineering standards through code reviews, automation, and process optimization.

Requirements

• 9+ years of professional software development experience with a track record of delivering complex systems.
• Deep expertise in designing and operating distributed systems and microservice-based architectures at scale.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Expert-level proficiency in Python, Go, or similar modern programming languages.
• Experience implementing validation frameworks and data quality controls for data products.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
