Salary: $161,000 – $200,000 per year

What you will do

• Own positioning, messaging, and launches for AI capabilities within the Freshservice platform.
• Partner with Product Management to influence the product roadmap and define customer value.
• Develop external-facing assets and a narrative that communicates the uniqueness of the company's AI approach.
• Create sales enablement materials including presentations, battlecards, FAQs, and demos.
• Gather customer insights via research and interviews to inform positioning and future product direction.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation and Lifecycle Marketing to drive AI feature awareness and adoption.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience launching AI, GenAI, Copilot, or agentic AI software capabilities.
• Strong ability to simplify technical AI concepts for both business and technical audiences.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional product launches from planning through execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in San Mateo, CA to comply with the hybrid work schedule.
