Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 CAD / Annually

What you will do

• Perform detailed structural design and analysis calculations for complex bridge structures according to applicable codes and standards.
• Execute and review bridge design and analytical modelling using structural software, including Midas Civil.
• Verify calculations, models, and design outputs prepared by other Engineers and EITs to ensure quality.
• Provide technical judgement and engineering solutions for complex bridge design challenges.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate bridge designs with broader project requirements.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and EITs through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• PEng license in Ontario.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Bridge Engineer.
• Advanced proficiency in bridge structural analytical and design software, specifically Midas Civil.
• Strong Revit modelling capability.
• Experience with bridge projects within Ontario’s transportation infrastructure environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Alliance projects.
• Experience with BIM delivery.
• Experience working on large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
