Salary: $87,696 - $110,817 CAD

What you will do

• Manage showroom operations, brand presentation, and customer experience.
• Drive sales by providing white-glove service to homeowners and trade professionals.
• Develop and execute outreach plans to grow traffic from interior designers and influencers.
• Host events, product trainings, and executive tours within the showroom.
• Collaborate with field sales representatives to support local market growth.
• Maintain inventory, manage expenses, and track leads in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Minimum four years of experience in a retail or showroom environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds for displays and event setups.
• Proficiency in Google Suites, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Nice to have

• Experience in the commercial or residential interior design industry.
• Prior experience using Salesforce.
