What you will do

• Define and execute the global internal communications strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear narratives for employees during changes and milestones.
• Design and deliver executive communication formats including town halls and leadership updates.
• Manage internal channels such as the intranet, newsletters, and collaboration platforms.
• Organize in-person and virtual internal events, including leadership off-sites and cultural initiatives.
• Lead communications for transformation programs and post-merger integration in partnership with HR and Legal.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Communication Management, Journalism, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in internal or corporate communications within a global, matrixed organization.
• Proven track record in change, transformation, and M&A communications.
• Experience in end-to-end management of large-format in-person and virtual events.
• Native German and business fluent English proficiency required.
• Familiarity with digital platforms like SharePoint and AI-enabled communication tools.
