Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 (based on location and experience).

What you will do

• Create pixel-perfect visual designs for both print and digital marketing materials.
• Manage projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Revenue, and Product to ensure brand alignment.
• Maintain and evolve the brand identity across all organizational touchpoints.
• Handle a high volume of diverse design tasks, from sales decks to web pages.
• Integrate AI creative tools into workflows to improve efficiency and innovation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional design experience in a marketing or agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating technical expertise and solid design principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace.
• Must be able to work on-site in Broomfield, CO or Los Angeles, CA for 3 days per week.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Growth mindset with a willingness to learn new tools like Figma and Premiere Pro.

Nice to have

• Experience with After Effects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
