What you will do

• Act as the primary trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, defining solution direction from initial problem statements.
• Own the end-to-end design of solutions, validating technical approaches and defending them under scrutiny.
• Partner with architects and engineers to ensure technical feasibility of data and AI use cases.
• Drive process improvements and modern ways of working within client organizations.
• Evaluate AI use cases to determine genuine business value versus technical hype.
• Lead executive-level conversations to build consensus among stakeholders with competing priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, product ownership, or solution design.
• Proven track record of serving as a senior presence in front of executive clients.
• Demonstrable experience in shaping or designing architecture, processes, or products.
• Working knowledge of data and AI environments, including pipelines, analytics, and model evaluation.
• Strong executive communication and consensus-building capabilities.
• Must be based in the United States, with preference for Southern California.
