What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for both batch and streaming workloads.
• Build optimized data processing solutions using Python, SQL, Apache Spark, and Databricks.
• Develop cloud-native architectures using GCP services like BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, and Pub/Sub.
• Implement data transformation and modeling utilizing dbt and Dataform.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure high data quality, reliability, and performance across all workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Big Data or Data Engineering.
• Advanced expertise in Python and SQL for large-scale data processing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency with Apache Spark, Cloud Dataflow, or Apache Beam.
• Experience building scalable solutions using Databricks and Lakehouse concepts.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required

Nice to have

• Experience with Java for data processing.
• Knowledge of streaming technologies like Apache Kafka.
