What you will do

• Process voluntary corporate action elections for equity and fixed income products.
• Create and validate announcement information and instruct elections into CREST/Euroclear.
• Reconcile and distribute entitlements while resolving exceptions.
• Manage operational risk by identifying issues and escalating appropriately.
• Partner with client service, technology, and legal teams to resolve complex event issues.
• Support process improvements to increase scalability and reduce risk.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Asset Servicing with exposure to voluntary corporate actions.
• Understanding of corporate action lifecycles and market practices.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a high-risk, time-critical environment.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and sound risk judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
