What you will do

• Develop and implement approaches to assess physical and transition climate risk exposure at issuer and asset levels.
• Define and maintain climate-related Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) aligned with business risk appetite.
• Conduct narrative and quantitative climate scenario analysis to assess impacts on portfolios and issuers.
• Develop data products, dashboards, and reporting tools to surface climate risk metrics for stakeholders.
• Engage with companies on climate resilience and transition plans in collaboration with the stewardship team.
• Support compliance with PRA SS5/25 and contribute to regulatory reporting deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum of seven years' experience in asset management or financial services incorporating climate risk analysis.
• PhD or Master's degree in climate science, environmental science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong understanding of PRA regulatory requirements for climate risk management (SS5/25, SS3/19).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze large, complex datasets to derive actionable investment insights.
• Experience with climate scenario analysis methodologies and industry disclosure frameworks like TCFD.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL is desirable.
