What you will do

• Process international incoming and outgoing wire transfers within the banking system.
• Perform research on payment investigations and manage communications via SWIFT.
• Analyze and respond to client banking queries in a professional manner.
• Assist with daily bank account reconciliations and client cheque deposits.
• Process client foreign exchange post-trade settlements and interest rate updates.
• Liaise with internal operations teams and external auditors for bank confirmations.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in finance or accounting.
• 2+ years of professional experience in banking.
• Knowledge of SWIFT system payment formatting and field definitions.
• Understanding of US and international clearing systems.
• Strong numerical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
